This hotel is a gem right in front of Lake Taupo. The rooms open directly onto the lakeside, offering a breathtaking view, and the staff is incredibly courteous. However, the balcony can get quite wet, making it challenging to enjoy fully.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel with an amazing view of Lake Taupo. The room was stunning and comfortable but a bit small and a fair distance from town. The service was impeccable, with incredibly friendly staff. The location was superb, right on the lake with a great sunset view. However, some areas in decor needed attention. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the value for money was reasonable.

The hotel is located right at the end, so close to the lake front walkway, offering fresh and clean rooms that are in need of an update to keep it fresh. The bed was very comfortable, but the lack of kitchen facilities was disappointing.
